Welcome to Niviti Skin & Body. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Professional Services
Expertise
All treatments are performed or overseen by Nivedita Ramesh, a Beauty Therapist with 10 years of experience and a Body Contouring Specialist with 5 years of experience.
Suitability
Treatments—particularly body contouring—require a consultation. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for the client's health or skin type.
Results
Individual results for aesthetic and body sculpting treatments may vary based on lifestyle, genetics, and adherence to aftercare protocols.
2. Bookings & Payments via Fresha
Booking Platform
All appointments are managed through the Fresha platform. By booking, you also agree to Fresha's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Security
A valid credit card is required to secure your time slot via Fresha's secure payment gateway. We do not store your credit card details on our website.
Confirmation
Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or SMS via Fresha.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value your time and ours. To ensure we can accommodate all clients, we enforce the following:
24-Hour Notice
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee
Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed entirely (No-Show), will incur a 20% service fee charged automatically to the card on file via Fresha.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to remain on schedule for following clients. The full service fee will still apply.
4. Pre-paid Packages & Groupon Vouchers
Package Sessions
For clients with pre-paid treatment packages, any no-show or cancellation within the 24-hour window will result in the forfeiture of that session from your package total.
Groupon Vouchers
If booking with a Groupon voucher, failure to provide 24 hours' notice or a no-show will result in your voucher being marked as redeemed/voided.
Expiry
Vouchers and packages must be used before the stated expiry date. We are unable to honor expired credits.
5. Client Responsibilities
Medical Disclosure
You agree to provide accurate information regarding medical history, allergies, and medications. Niviti Skin & Body is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
Aftercare
Following the provided aftercare instructions is vital for your safety and results. Niviti Skin & Body is not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow these guidelines.
6. Refunds & Intellectual Property
Refunds
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind." If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us immediately.
